WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT US

I went out there this morning to see a pre-driven vehicle they had just gotten in that I was in the market for buying. The staff very quickly came out to answer any questions I had and at my request, moved the vehicle inside out of the snow and washed it up so I could inspect it more thoroughly. They were very diligent in tracking down any and all questions I had about factory specs and warranty information that was pertinent to this purchase. They, like another area dealership list prices that are well within Kelly Blue Book parameters and were reluctant to barter much further down on price. Nick, the sales manager was great to work with and bent over backwards to see that all reasonable requests we had were met. They thoroughly cleaned the vehicle after we reached and agreement and filled the tank! Kudos! We'll be back to work with them in the future.

This dealership is all about customer service. Frank walked thru everything I wanted to know about owning a VW for the first time. The service department is spot on with fast response to any maintenance issues, and customers questions about their vehicle's. The 2 service managers I met were very friendly, and professional. Probably one of the cleanest auto dealerships I've been in. After my test drive, there was not any pressure in purchasing a vehicle. If your looking for a great company to buy or lease a car, then this is the place.

So, hear is the deal... I called the dealership to inquire about tires for my Mother's 2015 Jetta SE. I asked for the service department and Allan picked up and he and I discussed tires for about 10 minutes, talking pro's and con's of different tires. Narrowing down the Continental Conti Pro contact. Awesome price, so I made an appointment for my Mom to bring her car in. Quick and mediate appointment for the following Monday. She brought the car in and was greated promptly and Allan wrote up the repair order and he asked when she wanted the car back. Jokingly, she said a hour. Allan said, how about 3. Okay she said. Allan then called her to let her know that she should also do an alignment, which she agreed to do. A couple hours later, she was called to let her know that her car was ready. She heads on over and picked up her washed Jetta, to her surprise I might add, because at her purchasing dealership. Fox Valley in Schaumburg, never ever washed her car when I was done with servicing. All we can say is that Crystal Lake VW and Allan have 2 new, loyal VOLKSWAGEN Owner for life!! Bravo Bravo!!
